Easy to install and to use
The reinforced counter top can bear heavy weights and hot trays, as just out of the oven. Furthermore, in order to optimize use of working space, the counter can be placed distant from walls, thanks to self-supporting structure in stainless steel. It can be equipped with a remote unit (optional) reducing the space occupied and with a kit of steel wheels (optional) so it can be freely moved.

Fast proofing for soft, no-wet and no-peel-off baking doughs
Injection steam generator, uniform air distribution inside the counter and steadiness of humidity and temperature values allow baking doughs to remain soft, not wet and with no peel-off effect.
Easy to use and to program
The counter integrates an electronic thermostat/humidistat with an intuitive programming keyboard for steady monitoring of the product proofing process. Available on request, the next generation touchscreen display also allows to set customized programs based on your recipes.
The injection steam generator blows 110°C steam directly inside ventilation system, drastically cutting down air condensation on inside walls. Also limestone maintenance is reduced, due to a specific kind of water check.
